How to solve the power problem of the electric heating element? 


       It is not only the customers, but also every manufacturer needs to consider the power matter of the electric heating element. The case due to power failure caused by the damage of the electric heating element, this seems to be a small matter, in fact, has been damaged to the company's brand reputation. Generally speaking, we shall conduct test towards the normal operation of the electric heating element, the normal results of the test, can only indicate that the equipment parts in good condition. Main reasons that affecting the power of electric heating element are:

1. rectifier part is not adjusted, rectifier tube is not fully conductive, DC voltage does not reach the rated value, affect the power output.

2. during the process of production, the length of the alloy wire will directly affect the resistance of the alloy wire.

3. the cut-off and cut-off values are adjusted improperly, and the power output is low.

4. the compensation capacitor is too much or too little, can not get the best power output of electric efficiency and thermal efficiency, that is, can not get the best economic power output

5. the permissible tolerance range of the electric heating element power: 

  • If the rated power of the electric heating element is less than or equal to 100W: 10 %; 

  • If the rated power of the electric heating element is greater than 100W: + 5 % ~ - 10 % or 10W, determined by whichever is greater.
